At Elevina, we want you to love your swimwear. We understand that purchasing swimwear online can be challenging, especially for our young customers with smaller chest sizes. To ensure your satisfaction and comply with California law, we offer the following refund policy for our pre-order items:
Pre-Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
- Once your order ships, our standard return policy applies.
Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the protective liner must be in place and unremoved.
Refund Options
- Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credit or exchanges are available if you prefer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exceptions
